Do you Sell Gift Certificates?

Yes we do.  Call or e-mail to make arrangements or purchase one during your stay with us at Crooked Tree.

Do you offer any discounts?

Book for 7 nights and the last night is no charge (in other words: stay a week get a free night)
An extended stay may warrant an extra discount; the discount, if any, would be dependent upon the length of the stay.

Do you have a minibar?

No but should you request a bottle of “something” in your suite for your arrival, we will arrange to have it there for you.  Cost of bottle plus service fee applies.

Is a car necessary?

Yes.

Your website indicates a maximum group of 6 guests per suite.  Do you ever allow exceptions?

Call or write to indicate what you have in mind . . . we do like to be open + flexible for our guests so you never know!

Can I host an event at Crooked Tree?

Well . . . I guess we need to define “event”.  If you are a business traveler and would like to conduct a smallish business meeting, by all means do.   If you’re thinking of a wedding . . . well, we’ll talk!

We plan to beach it a lot when in Penticton but do not want to pack beach towels.  Do you have some we could use?

Yes.

And as long as we’re talking towels, here’s the policy on in-suite Towels + Linens:

These are always supplied at our B&B. To preserve the environment the sheets are not changed during a 7-day or less stay, unless specifically requested. Towels will be replaced only if they are left on the floor.

What about additional meals (i.e. other than breakfast)?

For a nominal charge, should sufficient notice be given, we could pack you a picnic/box lunch.  An evening meal could be catered.  Keep in mind that all our suites are self-catered ones so by simply picking up a few groceries you may quite easily take care of your own “additional” meals.

I have some food allergies/sensitivities.  Is the breakfast preset?

Typically yes.  Should you advise as to what you cannot eat (or can eat – whichever’s easier!) in enough time, we should be able to provide you with an appropriate breakfast.
